The chosen meats are marinated in an exotic blend of herbs & spices. It is then grilled in the clay tandoori oven to give it a unique barbecued aroma & taste. These dishes are served with fresh green salad & mint sauce. For a perfect and complete dish, either naan bread and/or vegetables are recommended.
